Holly Front Office Receptionist
Holly has been with us for 4 years. She manages the switchboard, registering & scheduling patients for the practice. She assists patients with questions regarding record requests, HIPAA, manages patient records and assists in contacting patients to schedule follow- up appointments.
Laverne Front Office Receptionist
Laverne has been with us for 9 years. She manages the switchboard, scheduling and registering patients for the practice. She assists patients with questions regarding record requests, HIPAA, manages patient records and assists in contacting patients to schedule follow- up appointments.
Chantelle Office Manager
With 14 years of medical experience, Chantelle has been working with Dr. McBee for 12 years. She oversees office protocol and procedures, and is our HIPAA officer. She also assists departments with daily job duties when required.
Elsie Medical Assistant
With 15 years of medical experience, Elsie has been working with Dr. McBee for 2 years. She assists the physician with all patient care issues. She triages patient calls, answers medical questions, processes prescription requests, and does the scheduling for surgeries and tests ordered by the physician.
